- Warm milk + walnuts + pumpkin seeds

Derma roller (safe plan):
Derma Roller: Tue & Fri (0.5 mm)
10 min session — front only
Roll vertical/horizontal/diagonal ×4 passes
Wait 12–18 hrs before oil
After roller: light Evion oil + castor/kama massage (front focus). Do not over-press roller.
🍎 Diet + Anti-Grey Tips
- Daily: banana, 2–3 walnuts, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, green veg
- Add black sesame / til weekly for pigment support
- Amla syrup + Vitamin C help pigment & collagen
🔔 Notes & Safety
- Do NOT use derma roller daily — give scalp 3–4 days recovery.
- If redness/infection appears, stop and consult doctor.
- Keep record photos Day 0, Day 30, Day 60 for comparison.
