  • Warm milk + walnuts + pumpkin seeds

✨ Front-Targeted Schedule

Derma roller (safe plan):
Derma Roller: Tue & Fri (0.5 mm) 10 min session — front only Roll vertical/horizontal/diagonal ×4 passes Wait 12–18 hrs before oil
After roller: light Evion oil + castor/kama massage (front focus). Do not over-press roller.

🍎 Diet + Anti-Grey Tips

  • Daily: banana, 2–3 walnuts, 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds, green veg
  • Add black sesame / til weekly for pigment support
  • Amla syrup + Vitamin C help pigment & collagen

🔔 Notes & Safety

  • Do NOT use derma roller daily — give scalp 3–4 days recovery.
  • If redness/infection appears, stop and consult doctor.
  • Keep record photos Day 0, Day 30, Day 60 for comparison.
